Product Description:
The Woodward model 5466-1035 was specifically designed for the MicroNet series. This unit functions as a CPU5200 and is equipped with a PowerPC Motorola MPC5200 processor. One notable feature of this unit is its flexibility to operate in either redundant or simplex modes. In redundant configurations, a second CPU is utilized, typically located in either slot fourteen or eight, depending on the chassis configuration.
The 5466-1035 model offers various features, including a general-use Ethernet port, a service port, sixty-four megabytes of flash memory, and a real-time clock. The real-time clock continues to operate on a battery even when the controller is turned off; however, please note that the user cannot replace the battery. Notably, this model does not feature Real-Time Network (RTN) ports, which means it does not support expansion chassis operations. The CPU is not configured for RTN mode, and the single Ethernet port remains inactive in this context.
